A. Yes, Melluwr is proudly a local company. We are based in Singapore. We take great pride in curating high-quality shawls, with fabrics carefully chosen for both comfort and elegance. Each piece is crafted with care, and we’re dedicated to providing a unique and personalized experience for our customers.

Q. How long does it take for my items to be delivered?
A. We typically process and ship your order within 2-4 working days, and delivery will be made right to your doorstep. You will receive a tracking number. 

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. At the moment, we only ship to Singapore & Malaysia. A postage fee will apply at checkout.

Q. Are your items true to colour?
A. Please note that colors may vary slightly due to different lighting in our product images. We try to represent them as accurately as possible!
